A student's view of the 2024 Millennia Culture Week

Русский журнал by Agha Athmar Last semester, we had a Culture Week festival at our school. Culture Week is a festival that our school celebrates once every two semesters. It involves bringing the culture of multiple countries together, usually done by students. The way culture week works is that there are booths, one for each country group. Then, every grade divides their kids into two country groups for culture week. On the day of the Culture Week festival, all the groups are in their booths, greeting the guests. After that, at the end of the festival, there's always a performance and an award giveaway.  Our entire class contributed to the Culture Week festival by representing Egypt and Russia. My Visit To Bali - Part 1

In 2023, I went on a vacation to Bali with my parents. It all started with my school break and my dad's work break. Since it was a last-minute decision, my dad, my mom, and I found ourselves with nothing to do for the next three weeks. With plenty of free time, we decided to spend a large portion of the vacation in Bali, which meant we had to fly there. While everyone else was enjoying their time at their homes, my family was busy packing and preparing for the trip. We planned to fly out on Tuesday. Tuesday finally arrived—the big day! We headed to the Soekarno Hatta international airport for our flight early in the morning. I was super excited, especially since I love flying. Once we got there, we checked in our suitcases and got in line for security, which was crazy crowded—like a zoo! Millennia World School Harmony In Action 2025

A few weeks ago, my school announced that we’d be having an event called Harmony in Action . It’s something we do every year, and it lasts for a whole week. Each day has a different theme—like Costume Day or a Book Fair—so there’s always something special just about everyday. You’re probably wondering what the week looked like, and what I did during those days. So, let’s get to it folks! Monday: Opening for Harmony in Action On Monday, we had a lot of stuff to do in the morning, like bringing books we needed to donate and an opening ceremony for Harmony in Action. The ceremony began with an opening from the student MC and a speech from the school director. Just in case you didn't know, a school director is different compared to a principal. The director's name is Ms. Mahrukh, but I don't know the principal's name. Don't blame me of not knowing the principal's identity, because my classmates don't know either!
